Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from 1of1 Motorsport(“we,” “us,” or “our”) through 1of1motorsport.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

Our products

We sell two categories of goods:

• Numbered drops — limited, numbered, made-to-order pieces. Each drop has a fixed quantity. Once the quantity is sold, the drop closes and that series is retired.
• Merch — everyday goods such as hats, hoodies, and keychains, sold either in limited runs or as ongoing items.

Order acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Sales tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes are calculated and collected at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your shipping destination.

International buyers are responsible for any duties, import fees, tariffs, or taxes imposed by their destination country. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Payment

We accept the payment methods supported by Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full payment card details. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your order, including taxes and any applicable fees, at the time you place the order.

Shipping

Numbered drops are made-to-order and ship when production is complete. Production timelines vary by drop and will be communicated on the product page. We offer free insured shipping. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

All sales final

Because our numbered drops are made-to-order and produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at shane@1of1motorsport.com within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with you in good faith to resolve it, at our discretion, by repair, replacement, or refund.

Numbered Item registration

Buyers of numbered drops will be invited to register their ownership with the 1of1 Motorsport registry. Registration is optional but recommended; it associates the serial number of your piece with your contact information and may be required for future authentication, service, or warranty claims.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, designs, photography, and content on the site are the property of 1of1 Motorsport or used with permission. Buying a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our designs without our prior written consent.

Independence and non-affiliation

1of1 Motorsport is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Porsche AG, Porsche Cars North America, the Porsche Club of America, or any vehicle manufacturer, dealer, or distributor. Any references to vehicles or marques are for descriptive purposes only.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1of1 Motorsport will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which 1of1 Motorsport maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent change. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect at the time the order is placed.
