Shipping Policy

Free insured shipping
We offer free insured shipping on every order. Insurance covers loss or damage in transit until the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
Made-to-order timing
Our numbered drops are made-to-order. Production begins after your order is placed and ships when the piece is complete. Production timelines vary by drop and will be communicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Merch and in-stock items typically ship within a few business days of order.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves our facility. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact us at shane@1of1motorsport.com.
International orders
We ship internationally. Our free shipping covers the carrier charge and base insurance to the destination country.
International buyers are responsible for any duties, import fees, tariffs, VAT, or other taxesimposed by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are assessed by the carrier or customs at the time of delivery and are not included in the order total. We are not able to estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country and product category.
If a package is refused at customs or returned to us due to unpaid duties, any shipping or re-export costs may be deducted from any refund issued at our discretion.
Delivery and risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to the address on the order. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
If a package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact the carrier first to open a claim, then email us at shane@1of1motorsport.com so we can help.
Address changes and cancellations
Once an order is placed and production has begun, we cannot cancel it. If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible at shane@1of1motorsport.com and we will do our best to update it before the package ships.
