Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how 1of1 Motorsport(“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit 1of1motorsport.com, sign up for our newsletter, register a numbered item, or make a purchase from us. If you have any questions, reach us at shane@1of1motorsport.com.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information. Your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, register a numbered item, or contact us.
• Order information. Shipping address, billing address, phone number, items purchased, and order totals when you buy from us.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full payment card number, CVC, or banking credentials. Stripe provides us with a transaction confirmation and the last four digits of the card used.
• Numbered Item registration. If you register ownership of a numbered drop, we associate your contact information with the serial number of the item for the registry.
• Site usage data. Pages viewed, referrer, device and browser information, IP address, and similar technical data collected automatically.
• Advertising and analytics data. We use third-party tracking pixels, including the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads Pixel, to measure campaign performance and show relevant ads. These pixels may set cookies and collect data about your visit. See “Third parties” below.

How we use information

• To fulfill orders, ship products, and provide customer service.
• To operate the Numbered Item registry — tracking which serial number belongs to which owner.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, registration receipts).
• To send marketing emails about new drops, restocks, and stories — only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To measure site and advertising performance, improve the experience, and prevent fraud.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We share information only with the service providers listed below, only as needed to run our business, and only under contracts that limit how they can use that information.

Third parties we work with

• Stripe— payment processing and tax calculation (Stripe Tax). See Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Shipping carriers — we share your name and address with the carrier fulfilling your order.
• Email service provider — we use a third-party provider to send transactional and marketing emails.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — for advertising measurement and audience building via the Meta Pixel.
• Google — for advertising measurement and remarketing via the Google Ads Pixel, and for site analytics.
• Hosting and infrastructure — our site runs on Vercel and uses common web infrastructure services.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, analytics, and advertising. The Meta Pixel and Google Ads Pixel set cookies that allow us and those platforms to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on those platforms. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising via Meta and Google Ads Settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at shane@1of1motorsport.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Data retention

We keep order and registration records for as long as needed to support the Numbered Item registry, fulfill warranty or service requests, and meet our tax and legal obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on this page and, where appropriate, by email.
